Fot Out Awards

Once again, the members of Ireland’s construction and design industry anxiously await the outcome of the Fit Out Awards which will take place on the 2nd of November at the Clayton Hotel Burlington Road in Dublin.

An estimated 900 industry professionals will attend this year’s event making it the biggest and most successful night since the awards were launched in 2012. As the industry reaches its full potential, this is very clearly reflected in the success of the burgeoning Fit Out Awards. “The FKM Group have been involved in the Fit Out awards from the start and to see this sector grow significantly during the last five years has been great,” says Lorraine Carlisle, CEO, The FKM Group.

There was a huge volume of entries this year and the calibre of the shortlist shows the excellent innovation and quality of projects created in the industry over the last year. To make the shortlist for the Fit Out Awards is a great achievement for all the companies involved.

Paul Finnegan from Mola Architecture is a finalist in the ‘Young Designer of the Year category. “Being shortlisted for Young Designer of the Year is a great achievement and I am over the moon. I have received huge support and positive statements from fellow colleagues in the industry which is truly appreciated. I am lucky enough to have won in other categories at recent Fit Out Awards but the Young Designer Title still eludes me. This year is going to be as tough as ever with a fantastic line up of designers shortlisted. I am looking forward to the night itself - win or lose - it is always a great night. Fingers and toes crossed,” says Finnegan.

"We are delighted yet again to be part of the Fit Out awards for the 5th year in a row and it has been great watching it grow from strength to strength each year,” says Robbie Hamilton, managing director, CRM.

For more information visit the website. An independent panel of recognised and expert judges, representing Ireland's fit out industry, will determine the winners of the Fit Out Awards. The two judging coordinators Ann Marie Aguilar, director of UK/EMEA client relations, the WELL Faculty at the International WELL Building Institute and Angela Connolly, president of the Interiors Association, director Conbu Interior Design, commented on the wide range of excellent entries and the all-Ireland nature of the awards.
