Waiting for the bus at Busáras

Sir, – The last bus to Kells leaves Busáras in Dublin at 11.30pm. Passengers for this bus are evicted from the building at 10.55pm. The doors are then locked.

These people then have to stand, in all weathers, as there is neither a seat nor a shelter, until the bus comes.

I ask you, could a private company afford to treat its clients with such indifference? – Yours, etc,
