Sir, – With regard to Jennifer O'Connell's varied bucket list (Magazine, March 17th), I suggest that a long cycle on a warm day somewhere along the coast of Ireland, followed by some slow, cold pints and a meal in one of our many underrated country restaurants, should be added to her list. One could pick numerous locations. I have been practising this particular outing several times a year and can highly recommend it. – Yours, etc,
