Sir, - Maybe it's time that renting tenants took a leaf out of the taxi drivers' book.

We are ignored and abused. We pay exorbitant rents to landlords who are covered by no effective controls. We have no security in our tenancy. We can be evicted at a moment's notice. We are treated as second class citizens.

Strangely enough, the Minister responsible for this continuing situation is the same Minister responsible for the problems with the taxis. How do we make Robert Molloy listen? - Yours, etc.,
