Sir, - Have we lost sight of family life as we in our sixties knew it? Are the present generation so disorganised that they cannot get their weekly shopping done before 9 p.m. on weekdays, when most shops are still open, and preserve Sundays for "family quality time".
It saddens me that young adults are now conditioned to Sunday shopping and accepting it as normal. Is family socialising now a thing of the past? - Yours, etc.,
