Madam, - The comment in the Current Account column (Business This Week, June 30th) headlined "Ryanair crashes into advertising standards" misses the point.
Ryanair was not advertising when it sent an e-mail to one of its customers. This private correspondence between us and our customer is no business of the Advertising Standards Authority of Ireland. Consequently its comments are intrusive and irrelevant. - Yours, etc,
