Madam, - I read with interest last Monday's Irish TimesLaw Report about the rights of a burglar within the legal system.
Mr Justice Hardiman stated in his ruling that "a private citizen, however outraged, may not deliberately kill a burglar simply for being a burglar".
I wonder if this point was highlighted to the jury in the Nally case. - Yours, etc,
