Madam, - I see that the question of State funds accruing to non-resident children of foreign nationals has taken up some Dáil time (Dáil Report, May 24th). Given the report in the same issue of the imminent sale of Eircom, should the Dáil not be more appropriately concerning itself with the cost to us all of non-resident Irish nationals?
