Sir, – Perhaps the Food Safety Authority of Ireland used a sledgehammer to crack a nut ("McDonald's 'artisan' burger fails to cut the mustard with authority", Front Page, September 1st), citing the McMór's ingredients, production methods, etc. All it had to do was rule that, since the McMór was not being sold at an exorbitant price, it couldn't possibly be classified as artisan. – Yours, etc,
MIKE NORRIS,
Dublin 18.
