Sir, - Roy Keane, in his autobiography, criticises the lack of dietary advice from the FAI, writing that he had to eat cheese sandwiches the night before a Republic of Ireland match in Amsterdam.
He has attacked Manchester United fans in their corporate hospitality boxes - the same people who help fund his huge weekly wages - for being more interested in their prawn sandwiches than football.
He takes a swipe at his team-mates for lacking the hunger required to win a trophy last season ignoring the fact that Arsenal and Real Madrid were, quite simply, better than the Old Trafford side.
