Sir, - While the bodies of four young airmen were lying in state in Baldonnel a short time ago, the Government promised that the Air Corps would be provided with the best equipment money could buy so it could provide the services expected of it, without the fear of another Tramore tragedy being likely. Now, the Minister of Defence says that the Corps will not be getting any new helicopters, that cuts must be made in the Defence budget.

In the last Nice referendum I voted Yes, but not this time. If the Government can say no to the Air Corps, I can say no to Nice. - Yours, etc.,
