Madam, - Your edition of June 4th reports that a solicitor has been found guilty by the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal of misappropriating €700,000 from a developer; €79,252 from a another man; €10,880 from five charities; €125,000 from the will of a Polish lady. . .in all, he misappropriated more than €1.6 million. He has been the subject of almost 40 complaints. He has been ordered to pay the money back and he may be struck off the solicitors' roll.
