Madam, - With reference to the front-page photograph in yesterday's edition showing a pedestrian walking alongside the Stillorgan dual-carriageway, it is quite an exaggeration for the caption to suggest that the light snow shower which appears to be falling amounts to "blizzard-like conditions". - Yours, etc,
