Sir, – In Betty Maher's article "Columba Press was a lifeline for many disappointed after Vatican II" (Opinion, October 31st) she pays wonderful tribute to the important part played by Columba Press in Irish religious publishing.
Although Columba and its imprint Currach Press have “folded the tent” on that part of our history, post-liquidation we have unfurled that tent. With 10 new books being published this side of Christmas and a varied and interesting line-up of exciting authors in 2017, we are looking forward to this new chapter.
