A wall and Dublin Bay

Thu Oct 8 2015 - 01:03

Sir, – There appears to be a 5ft solid concrete wall going up all along the Clontarf Road, taking away the beautiful view we have enjoyed over a lifetime. I do not see any necessity for this. It will now be impossible, while driving, to see the layout of Dublin Bay, a natural view that lifted the spirits when coming out of the traffic confusion of Dublin. Can anyone tell me why this has to be? – Yours, etc,

KAY O’ROURKE,

Sutton,

Dublin 13.
