Sir, – I find the term “little old ladies” condescending or even disparaging, as if we were a breed apart from others. Should we be expected to retire into some remote corner, perhaps with some knitting, to put in whatever time is left to us, thus saving space in society for big old ladies and little old men? – Yours, etc,
