A chara, – With our intense focus on the Olympic Games, where the most important thing is not to win but to take part, it is possible readers may have missed the latest residential building report (“Home sales volume slumps”, Business, August 7th). The report reveals that Monaghan is the only county in the Republic where average house prices have not increased, over 12 months.
