A 17-year-old youth charged with the manslaughter of a man who died following an altercation outside his home in Leixlip, Co Kildare, last August, has been returned for trial to the Dublin Circuit Criminal Court.
The west Dublin teenager, who cannot be named for legal reasons, is charged with unlawfully killing panel beater Oliver Leacy snr, at his home on Celbridge Road, Leixlip, Co Kildare, on August 13th last.
He has also been charged with engaging in a violent disorder. He is also charged with assault causing harm to the deceased's son Oliver Leacy jnr.
