A report by the independent human rights group, British/Irish Rights Watch, into the killing of LVF leader Billy Wright, will this week call for a full-scale public inquiry to be set up into the 1997 prison murder.
The report, due to be published in London on Wednesday, follows a year-long investigation by the human rights group into the killing.
