London - A group of women and their new-born babies are being offered vaccinations against a "remote risk" of hepatitis after doctors in a delivery ward used unsterilised instruments.
An investigation is under way at the Kent and Canterbury Hospital following the blunder over the weekend in which three women were treated with instruments which had been disinfected, but not sterilised.
