The results of post mortem examinations on the bodies of Sharon Grace and her two daughters Abby, three, and four-year-old Mikahala will not now be known until tomorrow at the earliest.
The 26-year-old, who has another daughter aged 10, was found dead with Abby and Mikahala in the River Slaney yesterday morning.
Gardai are not looking for anyone in connection with their deaths.
Mrs Grace, with an address at Ballyhine, Barntown, was reported missing at 2.25am yesterday morning after she took a taxi with her two children from her home in to the town centre.
