Racing: A relieved Mouse Morris reported War Of Attrition to be A1 following his comeback victory in the Star "Best For Racing Coverage" Chase at Punchestown.

The nine-year-old returned from a 22-month lay-off to beat Kicking King by 19 lengths and register a third success in the two-and-three-quarter-mile contest.

"He's grand, sound as a pound, It's a big relief," said the Co Tipperary trainer. "You couldn't have asked for anything better yesterday, but this morning was the race."

Morris and owner Michael O'Leary are in no hurry to pinpoint the 2006 Cheltenham Gold Cup hero's next race.

"Plans are pretty fluid at the minute. We'll just play it by ear," Morris went on. "We've nothing in mind apart from the obvious ones. We might just wait until Christmas for something like the Lexus, but we'll sit on it for a while."
