The British Union flag is expected to fly over the Sinn Fein Departments of Health and Education tomorrow despite instructions from Ministers Ms Bairbre de Brun and Mr Martin McGuinness that the flag should not be hoisted, Gerry Moriarty, Northern Editor, reports.

Sinn Fein is taking a judicial review in an attempt to overrule an order by the Northern Secretary, Mr Peter Mandelson, that the flag must fly over seven specified Northern government buildings on 17 designated days each year.
