Two men have been killed in separate road traffic incidents this morning. A 20-year-old died when his car went out of control at near Whitegate in Co Clare at 4.30am.
A teenaged male passenger was injured. In east Belfast a male pedestrian died after he was struck by a BMW car on the Upper Newtownards Road just after 8am.
One man has been arrested in connection with the incident.
