Montreal - The Canadian teenage hacker known as "Mafiaboy," suspected of breaking into Yahoo and other US web sites, has been under arrest for the past four days for violating his parole conditions set in April. A Canadian court on Tuesday denied a request by the boy's lawyer, Mr Yan Romanowski, that his client be set free before his next hearing tomorrow.
