A 69-year-old Dublin man who raped his daughter almost 30 years ago has been given a suspended five-year sentence and fined £1,000 by Mr Justice Carney at the Central Criminal Court.
The man pleaded guilty to a total of 13 sample charges alleging the rape of one daughter from 1971 and 1974, and to indecent assault of her, another daughter and one son on dates from 1964 to 1972.
