The mother of murdered rugby player Shane Geoghegan has spoken of her pride after a plaque was unveiled in memory of her son.
Mary Geoghegan was at Limerick County Hall yesterday where the county council hosted a civic reception in honour of her 24-year-old son.
The ceremony will feature a soccer friendly tonight between Sunderland AFC and a Munster XI at Thomond Park Stadium.
