• Pharmacists should be allowed to substitute a generic drug for a brand name one
• Inappropriate at this stage to broaden remit of Aviation Regulator to cover buses and taxis
• Department of Transport should require transport operators to share timetabling, route and other information
• Maximum award under small claims procedures be increased to €3,000
• Department of Finance should commence a review of the consumer protection role of the Financial Regulator in three years' time
• Department of Enterprise Trade and Employment guidelines should advise local authorities on the need to encourage the sale of fresh fruit and vegetables
