London - British pianist Russ Conway died yesterday after losing his battle with cancer, his publicist announced. The 75-year-old died in his sleep at a hospital in East Sussex, England, where he had been admitted 12 days ago.
He had been suffering from a recurrence of stomach cancer which had also spread to his brain.
