A 12-year-old boy was killed when he was struck by a car in Coolock this evening.
Gardai from Coolock are investigating the incident which occurred at around 4.50pm on the N32 which runs from the M50/M1 intersection to the Malahide Road.
The road remains closed and diversions are in place.
