Kingdom legend Páidí Ó Sé has emerged as a possible candidate for the vacant Kerry job which Jack O'Connor stepped down from earlier this week, according to reports on RTÉ news.
It is believed the multi All-Ireland winner, who last managed Kerry back in in 2003, will make himself available for the position over the weekend.
Ó Sé has won eight All-Ireland medals as a player, steered the county to two All-Irelands as a manager, won two national league titles and seven Munster Championships. His most recent role within the game was managing Westmeath, who he guided to their first Leinster title.
