A new jury is to be selected for the trial of a man charged with having heroin for supply in Crumlin, Dublin, in 1998. Mr Christopher Honer (31), of Clonmacnoise Road, has pleaded not guilty to having heroin for supply on October 15th 1998. A jury was sworn in earlier this week in Dublin Circuit Criminal Court, but Judge Patrick McCartan had to discharge it because no court or judge became available. The new trial date is December 4th.
