A 29-year-old motorcyclist has been killed in a crash in Co Limerick.

A 29-year-old motorcyclist has been killed in a crash in Co Limerick.

The man collided with a JCB at Tulla, Ballylanders at 1.30pm today.

His body was taken to the Midwestern Regional Hospital.

Meanwhile, a 19-year-old man has died in hospital of injuries received in a crash last Friday morning.

The crash, in which a 16-year-old girl died, took place on the N5 at Ballyminnion, Longford at about 3.25 am. Five other people were injured.
