The Democratic Unionist Party (DUP) has said this month's South Antrim Westminster by-election is a "crossroads election" for the North and a victory for its candidate would greatly help regain the ground lost by unionism since the Belfast Agreement was signed.
Speaking at his campaign launch yesterday, the Rev William McCrea, said: "This is not just a DUP battle. Its importance is far greater. There are many honest people, many of them Ulster Unionist supporters, who now realise the agreement was a huge mistake and wish to rectify the damage."
