A man was killed and his partner and their three-year-old daughter were seriously injured in a crash in Co Donegal this afternoon
Their car hit a bridge at Cavangarden, Ballyshannon at 2.15pm, a Garda statement said.
The man, believed to be from Northern Ireland and in his 30s, was killed instantly.
The female passenger and the girl suffered back and leg injuries when they were flung from the vehicle.
All three were taken to Sligo General Hospital.
