A man in his 20s has been arrested in connection with an armed raid in Dublin yesterday.

A man held up staff at a premises in Newtown Industrial Estate, Coolock at about 6pm.

The armed man entered a premises and threatened staff but left with nothing, the Garda said.

No one was injured during the incident.

Garda arrested a man in his mid-20s yesterday and he is being held at Coolock Garda station.
