A Tipperary man who raped his ex-girlfriend at knifepoint and threatened to kill her has been jailed for six years at the Central Criminal Court.
Mr Justice Carney sentenced the 36-year-old man to six years' imprisonment for the rape, five years for the threat to kill and another three years for assault. The sentences are to run concurrently.
