A Wicklow man charged with raping an acquaintance's girlfriend in his house two years ago told a jury at the Dublin Central Criminal Court she agreed to having sex with him after they smoked dope.
He denied raping her and forcing oral sex on her in one of his children's bedrooms. The 31-year-old man has pleaded not guilty to raping and sexually assaulting the woman on May 16th, 1998, in Co Wicklow.
