An 80-year-old man had died following a car crash in Co Kilkenny earlier today.
The incident happend at about 1.30pm this afternoon at Minnauns, Callan.
The victim was in a car which collided with an SUV. He was declared dead at the scene.
The road has been closed to enable a forensic investigation to take place.
