London - Retail giant Marks & Spencer was today given a public apology and 'substantial' libel damages in the High Court over a Granada Television World in Action programme alleging the company knew of the exploitation of child labour at a Moroccan factory used by one of its suppliers and misled its customers by selling foreign-made garments labelled 'Made in the UK'.
