GAA:Eoin Kelly has been passed fit to start Sunday's All-Ireland semi-final showdown with Waterford. Kelly, who has been suffering from a back injury, has been cleared to start at Croke Park as Liam Sheedy makes just one change to the side that overcame Galway.

That change sees John O'Brien coming in to the half forward line in place of David Young.

Shane McGrath reverts to midfield. Pat Kerwick remains on the injured list. The forwards groin injury requires an operation and will keep him sidelined for the remainder of the season.

Waterford manager Davy Fitzgerald has delayed naming his side for the the 38th championship meeting between the two Munster rivals until tomorrow evening at the earliest. The score between the sides currently stands 27-10 in Tipperary’s favour, although of the last 10 meetings, the score stands at five apiece.
