Tipperary hurler Eoin Kelly and Offaly football captain Karol Slattery were today named Vodafone GAA All Star players of the month for May.
Kelly was honoured following outstanding contributions this summer. In May, he scored fourteen points in the win over Limerick, nine of which came from play.
Slattery, too, has turned in a number of eye-catching performances and was named man-of-the-match when Offaly beat both Westmeath and Kildare in the Leinster championship.
GAA president Nicky Brennan said: "It has been a privilege to watch the performances of Eoin and Karol in the early stages of the championship.
