A jury at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court has been told a card with the name "Peter" and a mobile telephone number on it was found at the home of a man charged with the 1993 kidnapping of Mr Michael Godfrey. The court had previously been told that the late drug dealer, Peter Judge, was behind the abduction and murder of Mr Godfrey. Mr Martin Dunne (43), of Collins Drive, Finglas, has pleaded not guilty to the false imprisonment of Mr Godfrey (55) and Mr Paul Carwood (29).

Det Sgt Andrew O'Rourke told Mr Michael Durack SC, prosecuting, that a search of Mr Dunne's Tallaght house had uncovered the card as well as a diary containing figures and letters that corresponded to Mr Godfrey's car registration.

Mr Godfrey was abducted on April 3rd, 1993. His body was found the following day. The hearing continues.
