Three women and and a man have been arrested in connection with the murder of Michael Kelly on July 15th at Grand Canal Place, an area known locally as the dry canal, in Dublin.
The four people arrested are in their mid 30s and 40s and are being held at Pearse St, Kilmainham and Kevin Street Garda stations.
Michael Kelly, a 27-year-old Dubliner, was known to gardaí. He had drug-related convictions.
