London - Hostages released from the Saudi Arabia Airlines jet said they were treated "like royalty" by the Iraqi authorities and praised officials for negotiating a peaceful end to the hijacking as they arrived back in London yesterday, Rachel Donnelly reports

Tired but relieved, 86 of the 90 passengers who were on board the Jeddah-London aircraft when it was hijacked and diverted to Baghdad on Saturday touched down at Heathrow Airport. The two Saudi hijackers, who were protesting against Saudi human rights abuses, were arrested in Iraq when they surrendered.
