Lansdowne Road's north terrace will be closed for tomorrow's international test against New Zealand following the outbreak of a small fire at the ground this evening.
The closure will mean that ticket holders for the terrace will not be admitted to the game tomorrow afternoon.
In a statement released this evening the IRFU said that the move was deemed necessary by the organisation and the gardaì to allow time for a full safety inspection.
The IRFU have also requested that north terrace ticket holders stay away from the ground tomorrow in the interests of crowd safety.
The North Goal Line area is not affected and ticket holders for those seats will gain access by the stated routes on indicated on tickets.
Notices will be issued as soon as possible regarding procedures for a full ticket price refund.
