Three men questioned by gardaí in connection with a shooting in Sligo town on Friday night have been released without charge.
A man (27) was hit in the back after a number of shots were fired through the window of a house a Stephen Mc Donagh Place.
He is being treated at Sligo General Hospital.
The men were held at Sligo Garda Station under Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act. A file has been sent to the Director of Public Prosecutions.
