A man in his 60s has died in a fire in Rathmines in south Dublin.
The fire is believed to have started in a flat in the house at Grovesnor Square shortly before 3am.
Two other people were injured and taken to St James's Hospital suffering from smoke inhalation.
The scene is being preserved for technical examination. A post mortem will take place later today.
