Eight units of Dublin Fire Brigade were called to the scene when fire broke out at Ballinteer Community School late last night. A number of prefabricated buildings were badly damaged.

The fire brigade said it was too early to determine the cause of the fire. Gardai were at the scene early today. The fire was reported to be under control at 1.30 a.m.
