The death took place yesterday of District Court Judge Thomas James Ballagh at his Dublin home. His funeral takes place tomorrow at 11 a.m. at All Saint's Church, Carysfort Avenue, Blackrock, after which his remains will be taken to Mount Jerome Crematorium. Judge Ballagh was educated at Avoca School, Blackrock, Drogheda Grammar School and Trinity College Dublin. He was admitted as a solicitor in 1959 and was sworn in as a District Court judge in 1982.
